    But you still need a place to park it. Rental space is hard to find and land isn't cheap, plus you want to stay mobile. So we're here to help. Find your ideal spot, and we'll buy it for you to rent!

1. You pick it

You decide where you want to live, how much space you need, and even how much to pay. 

2. We buy it

With your commitment to lease the land from us for at least two years, we buy the land.

3. You live it

You live the life you want, without sacrificing financial freedom or mobility.

You pick the price

To calculate how much your monthly rent will be, we take the cost of the land and divide it by 120. So for example, a $60,000 plot of land would cost $500/month. Super simple, and straightforward.

Easy qualifications

To qualify for the program you'll need two things:

1. Annual income equal to 50x monthly rent. If your rent is $500 you'll need to show $25k of income.

2. A credit score of 700, or two co-signers with a credit score over 650. 

Will you marry me?

Just kidding! The initial term of the agreement is 2 years. After that rentals may be renewed for 1-2 years. Assuming compliance with local rules, new rentals will require 1st month, last month, and 1 month security deposit.
